Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within seven days and we will gladly do our best to rectify the problem. If we cannot, we will arrange a return. Please note that any chocolate items that have melted (either in transit or afterward) are NOT eligible for return. If any chocolate items are being shipped to or through a warm climate, please make sure you select "Next Day" shipping.


We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Sorry, no COD’s. All transactions will be made in US Dollars.

Shipping Terms

All orders will be processed the day after we receive and process your order. Please allow this extra day when choosing your shipping method. Depending on your location, you will generally receive your order within 4-7 business days from the day you place it. If you need overnight delivery, please contact our customer service department directly at (888) 565-0111. Additional charges may apply.

Temperature Sensitive Items

All of our chocolate items require special handling in hot weather. When ordering a temperature sensitive item during a warm time period, please make sure to select overnight shipping. An additional charge for packaging and ice packs that will allow your items to arrive safely will apply. Items that require special handling will be identified as such.

International Shipping

We can send product to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is more costly but certainly worth it. Unfortunately, we can’t send items out of the country.

We never sell or make available any customer information to any outside company or organization. You may, from time to time, receive mail or email regarding events or specials from homechef marketplace and can choose to opt out of any of these mailings at any time.

Credit Card Fraud

All credit card information is always transmitted and stored using protected and secure methods. It is against the law to commit credit card fraud. We understand that come customers would prefer not to send credit card information through the internet. If this is the case, please feel free to call our Customer Service Department at (888) 565-0111 to place an order directly, or fax your order to (888) 559-0011. When faxing an order, please including the following information: Product Number, Product Name, and Quantity desired for each item you would like to order. Please also be sure to include your Name, Shipping Address, Telephone Number, Credit Card type (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover), Credit Card Number, Credit Card Billing Address, Credit Card Verification Number, and Credit Card Expiration Date (MM/YY). Any faxed order that does not contain all the above information, or is unclear, will be delayed until we can successfully reach you for clarification.
